TraumaTransfer™
TraumaTransfer™ is an invention designed by Anders Erlandsson and Eson Comfort. It is designed for fast and safe immobilization and transfer of trauma patients. Its optimal function and use have been emphasized. TraumaTransfer™ is intended for use within the hospital. This is the original that has become an important part of trauma care in nearly 600 emergency rooms.

The mattress is built on a 12mm supporting esoncore of carbonfibrepolycell. The mattress consists of a 40mm thick pressure-reducing viscoelastic and supportive filling in a sandwich construction. The filling has a volume weight of approximately 52kg/m³. The filling is also completed with a penetration shield in EVA. The cover is made of a dense Trevira CS fabric with sewn and water-repellent seams to obtain the most durable solution. We also integrated our Easy Of™ technology to make cleaning a lot easier. The weave material can withstand a tensile force of up to 2,500N/5cm. TraumaTransfer™ has a low-friction underside to facilitate transport. Along the sides of the mattress is the Esongrip™ made of HDP polyethylene, designed for maximum ease of use. All coverings are flame resistant, in accordance with Swedish standards. No CFC is used during production. The TraumaTransfer™ can be used in x-ray situations and will not disturb the clarity of the image. The TraumaTransfer™ has low x-ray attenuation. The mattress measures 540*2000*60mm and weighs 8-9kg depending on the model. The TraumaTransfer™ comes with a 1 year warranty on operation.
