Product description
The SAM Chest Seal without a valve is designed for the treatment of open chest wounds, a life-threatening situation that can lead to a (tension) pneumothorax.
The SAM Chest Seal is available with a one-way valve. The one-way valve provides low resistance for air leaving the chest cavity while blocking access for incoming air.
The valve has multiple exits, preventing obstructions from debris or blood. Also, the dome shape ensures that the valve is not occluded when the patient is wrapped with insulating blankets.
The SAM Chest Seal is available in a package with valve, 2 pieces without valve and in a combo package (2 pieces, of which 1 with valve and 1 without valve).
